Pinch Welds - Where Are They

So I have read about guys beating/hammering the pinch welds back so the larger tires don't rub up front, just wondering where exactly are these pinch welds? I have a little rubbing while backing and I think I know what needs to be "adjusted" just wanting to see if what I see is what others are seeing.

you have cut cut some plastic to see it. I cut to hammer it in then reattached it using some zip ties.

Thanks, as I suspected, I had removed the plastic earlier and found the pinch weld, this confirms the spot...perfect!!
