Yeah there should be a good turnout this weekend. I'll be there saturday and Sunday. Also other Toyota owners from various forums will be there.

So I'm a total noob to 4runners and off roading in general. I just moved to the Central Coast and am looking for a 3rd or 4th gen truck. Can anyone offer info on what conditions require 4WD? Would a 2WD base get me through light trail driving or the dunes?
