Hey, nice to see another Pittsburgh Runner around, I have all stock suspension, but would love to do some milder trails. I see modded runners from time to time, but never am able to stop and talk to them

Bethel Park here! Work in Southpointe now. I grew up in the Mars area. 06 with a mild 2/1 loft and Duratracs and black ATX Crawl wheels. Plasti Dipped all the chrome as well.

Sweet man! Do you know any trails around the burg(city of champions)

No but I want to find some...

Actually - you can go to Nemacolin and talk to them there. They have like a bunch of trails and can pay them like $150 to have access for the day.

I drove one of their Jeeps through it (like a 4" lift on a Rubicon) as part of a corporate event. Was really cool.

Trails are no joke. Haha. The guy with us (who runs the off road area) told me my 4runnee would make it through just about everywhere. There was only 1 trail that he advised me not to go on... Haha. He said I'd probably still make it, but my 4runner would not be happy.

Ling story short - call them and ask for the off road adventure folks. A very nice younger dude was more or less in charge of it. Fun guy really.

I'm about an hour and a half north of Pittsburgh. I found about 1,000 acres of unposted land with some pretty fun trails on it. It's not something I would bring a group on to though since it's not my land.

I'd be up for a trip to Rausch Creek trip or something closer if anyone knows of some trails open to groups.

I'm in Robinson. Small lift and AT tires. Looking forward to attending some Pittsburgh trail runs!

We should make this happen!!

Shaler resident here.
I've been to Rock Run and it was pretty decent. Plenty of 'jeep trails' in addition to the atv stuff. Meridian Outback Adventures have a good place too, but they're closed while drilling happens on their property. Both of these locations are way cheaper than Nemicolon.

Welcome to Moes!!!

I think I'm there 2-3 times a month since it's a 1/2 mile from my work. Nothing like a homewrecker to fill an empty stomach..... for about 48 hrs, lol

Never heard of Moe's. Looks like there's one in Cranberry. Will have to stop and try it next time I'm through.

Suspension is super easy to install, so any shop could do it, but try Gibbs Auto in Mt Pleasant if you're in the South hills, or Rich Leo in Shaler if you're in the north hills.
