plastic bumper trim removal?

Is there a way to remove the plastic bumper trim. Im going to paint it, but i really dont want to mask up the whole back of the runner to do it. If so how, thanks!

1. grab firmly
2. pry upwards

It just snaps in there. Give it a good tug....it'll come off. You can try gently prying with a screwdriver also.

There are 4 or 5 tabs that you can pry out with a long flat head screwdriver, except for the one under the tow hitch. Should take ya no time.
