Plastic Wire Clip on Alternator

Anyone have any idea if it's possible to source this small plastic clip that holds down one of the wires on the alternator? I had to destroy it in order to remove it and figured the new alternator would have it on it, but no dice. Seems like it's a little overkill being the wire bolts down to the alternator itself, but I'm a bit OCD on trying to do things the way they were done before.

The circle shows the small hole where the clip pushes into the alternator.

Pretty much any auto parts store should have them.
They are just called Push-Mount Cable Strap.

It depends on the size of the hole it clips into.

Looks like this one should work for you..
 
You are a little OCD, that clip is long gone on my engine lol!

I hope that you can find it. I don't see it on any Toyota parts diagrams, that is odd it didn't come with the new alternator.

Stopped by one after I hit up my local Toyota dealership and no luck with anything there. May give the one in your link a go. So hard to tell from the small picture. Appreciate the link!

Yeah, I'm a little surprised too. Maybe it comes on the wiring loom if you replace that?
 
Answering for a friend: Alternatively, drill another small hole nearby in the shield and use - wait for it - a zip tie, the post 1958 answer to chewing gum and baling wire.

I work for a plastic molding company that make zip ties and clip for most major car manufacture. I'll check tomorrow and see if I can grab one for you.

I was thinking that, but I'd rather avoid it. Plus, the solution would have to be after the fact as it's already in. If I can find a new replacement clip, it's easy enough to attach it with the alternator where it is.

That would be awesome. Can't even imagine how many different types of ties and clips there are.

Just like 4Runner4Leon mentioned on the Parts Search post, partsouq.com is also my go to site for searching.

Like also JRZEE2000TRRLTD pointed out, it's in the (Electrical/8202:Wiring & Clamp) section.

Yeah, it's one of those things that once someone pointed it out I can totally see it. But when searching and browsing through all the pictures, it was harder to distinguish.

And thanks for the additional link. I was able to order one through my local dealership using the original part #.

Hahaha yeah, I agree. I wished Toyota did better on their part illustrations. And the funny part is the dealership has the same illustrations as we're are seeing which is crazy, for how successful Toyota is as a car company.

I had a pretty cool and tenacious parts guy when I went in to Toyota and we both looked through the diagrams for quite a while with no luck. His conclusion was that he thought it may come with the wiring loom, but I figured there would be a # someplace for just the clip.

HAHA!! you think Toyota is bad, try looking at Fords part illustration!!

Coming from Ford and looking at the Toyota ones, they are so much better then what I'm use to looking at..

Wow, that's a great find! I didn't realize they make kits like this, really handy!
 
Here are some ties that I that I grab from work. I'm not exactly sure how big the diameter of the hole on the starter.
