Please help 2016 SR5 not starting!

I have a 2016 4 runner that is not starting and I can’t figure it out. I drive it on Friday and there was no issues of any kind. No check engine lights or weird noises. I went to leave Saturday morning and it would turn over but not start. It seemed like it started for a quick second but died instantly. I got a battery reader and I’m not sure if it was old it I drained it from trying to start it but it was saying the battery was weak. I bought a new battery but same story it just turns over and doesn’t start. Before I bought the battery I didn try to jump it with my friends Subaru. That did not work either. I rented a car code reader from auto zone and red codes that popped up we’re CAT, EVA, AID, O2S, HTR and EGR. The message below those was “emission related DTCS” “ no powertrain or freeze frame data stored in vehicles computer. I was told those are going to pop up because I disconnected the terminals prior to plugging that in. I’m
Hoping to figure this out my own before towing and paying full price! Any help is appreciated

First thing spray some Brake Kleen or starting fluid into a vacuum line or into the airbox and see if it tries to start...if it does you have a fuel delivery issue...we would then check for spark...does the Tach appear to move during cranking...it no movement you may not be getting spark...could be a crank sensor if you don't have spark or injector pulse !!
I'm usually on the Corvette Forum as a Tech Contributor but a Vette or a 4 Runner...the same !!

If you had the battery disconnected, or it was totally dead for any length of time, the ECU resets and it is often very hard to start the first one or two times, and after it starts it usually will stall one time, then run rough for a minute, until such time as the ECU sets itself.

May not be your issue but if you d/c'd the battery and now it's hard starting that's my guess. Easy to check, just install the charged up battery and crank it for a bit.

Not being an ass here. Does it have fuel in the tank?

Aftermarket alarm?

Any blown fuses?
