I was cleaning the throttle body and noticed this. Should there be something connected to it? What is it? Thanks in Advance ['04 v8 sport edition 4x4].
It's a water line that runs coolant into a fitting at the bottom of the throttle body. Keeps the throttle body from icing in colder climates.
Are you sure? If so, why doesn't it leak coolant unplugged as is? The other reason I question that is because if you look inside it you can see pins that look to be for a plug as if it is a temp probe or something.
