Please help me figure out my transfer case model

[Forgetful]

I've spent the day trying to figure this out and no luck. Any chart I've seen only shows 2rd gen and older.

II need a new rear output bearing and whatever goes with that instal but need the transfer case number for parts ordering.


1997
3.4L V6
Manual 5 speed
Standard J shifting transfer case

The door sticker says the transmission is a r150f.
