Hi,

I'm a newbie here and just recently bought a 2005 Sr5 2WD. I'm planning to upgrade the front suspension. My question is, is it okay to just upgrade the fronts and leave the rear struts stock? I'm planning to replace the front struts with Bilstein 5100 adjustable. Will be using stock coils too. Please advise. Any help will be appreciated.

hi, I did that on my 05 SR5, front 5100 raised to 3inches, rear Bilstein with new springs and Daystar lift, it rides better that before, also don NOT forget to take to the alignment shop or you will buy a new set of tires really soon. good luck.

Sure you can. I would go stock height or up one to .85. You will enjoy the ride.
