Please help!

While driving my 03 v8 4runner limited, i hear this fanlike/propeller/whining noise that increases with acceleration, decreases with deceleration...
sounds like its in the dash area...any ideas?

Bad fan clutch? Refering to the engine fan directly behind the radiator. Open the hood and see if noise coming from engine area while revving engine.
