plug and play amp and subwoofer finally here?

Trail Grid Pro has a 5 channel amp and subwoofer that mates to the stock head unit to 2023. Pre wired and plug and play to stock head units. Wonder if anyone has seen this before? thoughts?

few months ago I asked cliff about a prewired amp kit and he did mention it was in the works. Curious to see if he would sell just the wiring kit without the amp, I'd prefer the kicker key 200.4 amp.

Kicker was good in the 90s, are they even any good anymore? I mean they sell them at Walmart.

OEM Audio Plus has had full plug n play systems for years now.

Can build the same harness with a Metra 70-1761 and a 71-1761 harnesses (~$20 each) and 10' of speedwire. Add any amp that accepts line level inputs. Tacotunes has this same patch harness for sale, albeit not as nicely wrapped.

I was considering this and doing some soldering with the speed wire. I retrofitted the 2022 head unit into a 17.

I bought mine in June 2019 as a single sub system. Eventually I upgraded to the dual sub in April 2022. Long story short they were supposed to let me know the upgrade was available but never did. Otherwise I love it and they personally helped out when I had issues since I'm local.

I do wish I had more bass.

good reviews of it, compact size under a seat, no remote wire or rca cables.
Amp kit, speed wire, harness (not sure which route to take ), amp

That connector is for a Entune 3.0 unit where all speaker leads are on one connector. The Entune 2.0 units have the front speaker leads in the main connector and the rear speaker leads on a smaller connector. For 2020 or older units you have to do a full harness replacement to add a amp.

Yeah we got ours with the dual sub setup. Agreed that we wish we had a bit more but for what it is, it's great.

Any update on how the install went with the autohaus custom harness and a year's use of the kicker key 200.4 on the stock entune 3.0 HU. Where did you end up mounting the amp. I'm looking to do the same on my 2021. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I never did the kicker key amp project but it would go under the passenger or driver seat. You would need to run speed wire to and from the HU to the amp.

The autohaus harness works fine its a plug n play adapter. Only issue i had was one of the pins came loose and I reached out to support to find its location.
