My car has been maintained on syn oil and occasional non friction products.

No oil burn, 1998, 3.4L 178 000kms, 2nd owner

I use whatever Semi Synthetic oil is on sale. I usually stock up when there is a sale, and just buy the filter when it's time to do the oil change. BTW, I change the oil every 5000kms.
 
Very slight drop (<1/4") in 6500mi. OCI
1999 132K Original Owner 3.4L V6, full Syn Castrol or Valvoline since 80K, Valvoline or Castrol blend before that @5K OCI.

Burned half a quart once when I put too much Seafoam in it, none since then.
 
I do changes at 8-9000 miles or 10 months whatever comes first and I burn definetly less than a 1/4 quart and no blue exhaust either.
It's presently just over 162k miles and I'm the 2nd owner since it had 97k on it 6 years ago.
I've been using M1 and a Puralator PureOne filter ever since i bought it.
 
Mine does not burn oil and has ~120k miles . I change the oil/filter every 3000-3500 miles with Castrol 5w-30 and Valvoline Purolator filter.

Does anyone who burns oil use Lucas Oil stabilizer? Other "cure all" products perhaps?
I grease my zerks with marine grade lubricant...probably overkill but it's in the gun already!
