poly bushings
it changes a lot in terms of feel
i had the displeasure of doing the entire suspension on my evo...mind you its just under 600 whp but about 450 on the low boost tune.
it makes the car so much tighter and you will hear more noise and feel more vibration...ie gear whine from the differentials and more suspension vibration like smaller bumps but now it corners even more insanely.
as for just antiswaybars it should reduce deflection if thats the right word. Rubber gives a little whereas poly does not. it should give some improvement on turns but nothing like doing literally ever rubber bushing under the vehicle.
i can say it was the best and worst 100 i spent on the car now i can't wait for the first track day to really push the limits.
i do think if you did have kdss it would prevent the stock rubber from blowing out which I've seen a few on the boards here talk about.
