Wanted to say thanks to a few guys I asked for help recently in the portland community the kid, Hepar and tyr0981. Although none of the could facilitate a deal for me I appreciate your input and consideration. I went out 2 weekends ago out past chelachi store trying to get to sunset.. Didn't work at all haha
Went with a Rubicon lj on 33s, a stock 00 3rz runner on 31 duratracs, a 98 limited with toytec ultimate and 33 duratracs then me, we left about 10am and I didn't get through my front door until midnight. We had a winch and lots of shovels but what i learned that day dual lockers are a major future upgrade, duratracs rule in the snow and jeeps are to light to move in the snow even with a 6 speed manual and 4:1 gears.

Some friends and I are planning a "Jeep vs Toyota Showdown" for late March. We are thinking Browns Camp would be cool. It should be a fun little competition and we have a bunch of rigs going. It would be awesome to get a few more rigs from the forum going also. We need as many awesome Toyotas as possible.

Thought I would post this here since it's exactly two months out. I've been to this the last two years (helped at it last year). It's a lot of fun to go down and see the rigs that come out, even if you're not in the event. I'll be heading down again this year.

On the main forum page, look right under the venders. You will see American t4r clubs. Click on that and we are about the 5th one down or so.
