came up to Portland the other day, and got some wheels and studded snow tires from Eric at a great price
then went to andy and baxs
then the place across the road, cant remember name
then re-rack, then rack attack looking for a deal on a used rack ( no luck)
you guys in Portland have all the fun stores

I'm available this weekend and thinking I'd love to take the rig out or work on it.

I can host a wrenching day tomorrow or Sunday morning or I can get another run out of the tires before I buy a set of new ones.

Hey folks. Just wanted to say Hi. I've been a member for a little while but mostly lurk and check out others posts. I live in Gresham and would love to go to a meetup some time. I've got a mostly stock 2000 V6 AT 4x4, but I've added a rear aussie locker and have armor coming soon. Anyone ever go out to Wamic/Pine Hollow/ Tygh Valley area? My family has a few acres out there and I love exploring the skid roads. Anyway, like I said I would love to meet some of you all so I'll be watching for the next meet up.

I sure could use a wrench day or something. I'm a little worried going on trails and such because I currently have no e-break. I have no clue why except when I release the brake it doesn't loosen up so its hung up and doesn't let the pads release. So if anyone knows a place to get a good condition replacement cable or has an idea of how to fix it I would be very appreciative.

so ran into rcastle this week down on the McKenzie river. was nice to meet up with another 4 runner owner. sorry I interrupted his breakfast. But was neat to meet him, and he gave me a new (used) intake system. Nice free flow system. Thanks man. Love this forum and the people I am meeting

You should go to browns camp of the 6 (about an hour out of Portland, towards Tillamook). Great trails there! The fire break five trail was a ton of fun when I had my Taco.

Did you ever fix your problem? I noticed the same thing after I replaced my suspension last Sunday and found the linkage stiff. I took a Hammer and lightly tapped the linkage back in and it was fine. I'm sure some WD40 would do the trick but I plan on redoing the drum brakes next month.
