Me and a buddy took a trip up to Goat. Made it all the way out to hwy 224!

Its dumping snow near my house (at 500-1300ft)... at least 6 inches, as of now and its still pounding as hard as when I was at Hood yesterday.

went to mabee mines on monday, had like 10 inches than. got bunch of video on my gopro, just need to cut and edit it. should be at least couple feet over there by now. and even more by the weekend

These were from a small mountain about 5 minutes from my house (Parrot Mountain) at about 1100 feet this morning around 10:30. Had to got out and make sure the 4WD still worked

Hey guys, over the last couple days doing research for an extended trip I am planning I have found Pacific Northwest Backroad Adventures Forum and Northwest Overland Society both seem like great places to help us network and get out there.

Specifically the Northwest Overland Society is having a Portland Meet & Greet on Tuesday, Jan. 24 at Prost from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM. I am definitely going to make it up and see what they are all about, thought I'd get it out there in case anyone is available and interested?

If nothing else, a good excuse to get some beers on Tuesday night!

Anyone down for a little wheel this Saturday (assuming Sunday is out for Super Bowl). I was thinking an easy day trip to Badger Lake/Barlow Road and maybe take the 2 mile hike to the look out point; might be nice weather for some good winter pix and then home - with any snow on the ground it might make for a fun day?

I am not sure if it's "open" but let's get the topic rolling...

Wish I could have been waxing my rig, today

Just picked up my new rig, this last weekend 2000 Limited, 63,000 miles. Getting a tranny cooler on her, in two weeks. Looking at grill bars, mats, racks, etc. Not sure if I can take boards off, I am so short, I need them. Maybe replace with bars. She is so pretty, not sure how dirty, I want to get her....
