i know this is kinda short notice but im thinking about running lola pass road from hwy 26 to hood river, either tomorrow afternoon, or sunday sometime(depending on if people give imput and or what the wife says, im leaning more on the sunday time). its a nice drive, with some great places to take pics(yes i know its gonna be stormy, but thats just a plus for us PNW folk). if you have not made this drive before its a must imo. its not hard, a 2wd can do it easily (unless there is snow -and this time of year, no snow yet). i am gonna do a take my time deal, taking some glamor shots of the truck and the like.
i also want to do this a little later in the year around the time of the first snow fall, i want to get pics when the snow is just a dusting on things, and its still very very driveable. after a serton time they close the road down for the winter, cause the snow gets too deep and the road becomes impassable to most rigs. if you want to do either on of these runs let me know, we can work up something and smooth out the details
-ill post this up in a few other places as well to make sure everyone gets the opportunity to see it.
