Positech ceramics vs extended semi metallic

Looking for any experience with either of these two brake pads for replacement set on my 4runner. Looking to do centric ultra premium rotors but still looking at pads.
Mostly highway but some hilly terrain in western pa so not hard on brake. Have 80k and first set on the front with some room to go on the rears.

Anybody? Leaning towards the semi metallics as have a boat and ceramics are well known to my knowledge for heavy/extended braking

I prefer using AC Delco or Raybestos R-300 Hogh Performance slotted rotors (same manufacturer) and Raybestos Specialty Truck ceramic pads. OEM pads are ceramic.
