My dad used to have one on his 2000 Tacoma that said "784TUNA" since he caught the world's third largest tuna fish back in 1973 up in Prince Edward Island. He is pretty proud of it haha.

Take your list to the DMV and let them check on the spot whether or not that particular tag is available.

Don't even have to do that here in VA. You can check plate availability on the VA DMV's website.

One of the best plates I have seen was at the NRA HQ in Fairfax, VA.

"I V@TE"

Where the '@' was the NRA emblem.

I found a couple on the internet, see great ones all the time, butwhen driving it's hard to snap a picture. I saw a Land Cruiser tonight with ITEM as the plate. Prius with HISBRYD. Prius with 32MPG, another with 33MPG, and another with 34MPG, all three are older women, I think they know each other.

This morning I was on my way to work and was behind another third gen 4Runner who's plate said "GRLFGHT." Girl Fight? lol

I heard about it at work, they wouldn't tell me what it was though. They just told me to go home and watch it. I was like "Hmmm what could it be?" Surely it couldn't be that bad, but after I watched... about 15 seconds of it, I was shocked for life. How can someone do that, you know? Crazy......

Perhaps Snoop Dogg was in town, but a large SUV had "FO SHZZL" on the tag.

I don't remember the state, but it wasn't from here in VA.

I am a trucker and drive I-95 daily.....where you just never know what kind of things you might see.
