Hey guys, this is my first post. I just got my new to me 2014 Super white TE... more things to come as I learned from all of you on what works and looks good on these vehicles. It is my first 4Runner to own...

First picture was factory SR5 wheels, Second was the limited 20's and third is what my wife has now which is the 2017 TRD off road wheels. She thought the factory SR5 wheels were too plain so I bought a set of limited wheels which she liked but they were extremely skinny and sit too far under the fenders. Almost looked like they needed a wheel spacer and also didn't know the rim was 7" wide until I started reading on this forum and that explained why they were so skinny. Ended up with the TRD off road wheel which we are really happy with. Much lighter than the SR5 wheels. Even the guy who installed them commented on how much lighter the TRD wheels were. We didn't weigh them though so not sure by how much.

Here's my '16 t4r TE (Canada only gets premium model) next to my rental jeep. My 2005 taco trd off road is in for 8 months waiting for new frame.

So far I've had a frontier pro 4x leather, ram 1500, grand Cherokee Laredo and now I have a grand Cherokee limited.

Compared to the 4Runner TE the grand Cherokee has some nicer features for convenience such as smart key, remote start, power lift gate, full time awd and heated steering wheel. However the 4Runner feels so much more upscale and better built. I know the 4Runner limited comes with some of the jeep features, but I love my TE 4Runner.

Anyways just some of my opinions:art:
