And tonight:

Yesterday I made 3lb of fresh green beans with 4 slices thick cut peppered bacon, a whole stick of butter, a little chicken stock and some fresh roasted garlic.

Yeah boy.

I forgot to take a photo of my dinner last night. Can I just take a photo of the "outcome" of it before it goes down the drain?

*kidding*

I had Spaghetti with meat Sauce and Garlic Bread for dinner last night.

Spaghetti was made out of Wheat, and so was the garlic Bread so I didn't feel so guilty lol.

Tried out the rotisserie on my new grill, works totally awesome!

Most moist chicken I've cooked - can't wait to see what else I can put on the rotisserie! I think you can do ribs sort of skewered in a "C" shape, briskets, roasts, etc. And turn on the IR rotisserie burner for 20-30 mins to get the outside good and crispy, mm mmm!

Big grill makes the poor chicken look tiny, it was a 4.5lb bird, perfect for cooking for 2-4 people.
