Well I'd done beer can chicken and rotisserie chicken but never tried brick chicken.

Got this moster 4-H bird fresh never frozen, removed it's backbone and splayed it out on the grill under a big ol foil wrapped landscaping brick, heavily seasoned. Came out fantastically juicy, cooked fast and even - I think this is my new preferred way to do a whole bird on the grill!

Niiiiice! That el yucateco green is my favo, bright and clean, great on steak.

Twice fried fresh cut fries, burger with portobello and bacon under melty american. Toasted brioche buns from a local baker. I can't stop thinking about it in all it's ooey gooey bbq dipped goodness.

There's a tomato cucumber salad outside of the pic, so I'm good.

F'n GREAT pizza for just a little pizza joint. No tables to dine on, just take out or they deliver.

It is in the heart of Felony Flats, at the corner of SE 72nd and Knight/Woodstock here in PDX.

Salami, Peperoni, Canadian Bacon, Black Olives, and Mushrooms.

Also got an order of Hot Wings which are very good!
