Post your Pics if you have LC coils as your lift!!

Hey guys, I'm trying to see the different combinations of lifts. I'm pretty set on using fj80 LC coils for the rear. I have a set of 91 LC coils and shocks but I'm hesitant because it is 9 wraps and will be too much of a lift to level out with the front. SO, Can you guys post up pictures of your lifts with The year and number of wraps on your LC coils, and what you used for the fronts. Thanks guys! I also might be selling these if I decide to go with another year and I also might be selling the Bilstein 5100 adjustable shocks with 1999 trd tacoma coils already installed. And I also have the 5100 rear shocks. OH! And I have a set of four 17" Tundra rims (silver) they have some rash and dings, but it holds air. Let me know if you're interested.

Liny, that's a great angle. I love that stance. A little rear rake makes it look sporty! I wonder if the 91 coils (9 wraps) are the same as the 94-97 ones. How is the ride? I don't have a front bumper or anything so I'm not sure if I'll do OME coils for the front yet. I want to see how TRD tundra springs look on the front in combination with the LC coils in the rear.

Miller, that's a effing BadASS rig. what are you using in the front? what year are your 9 wraps from and what shocks? Do you have a body lift too? It looks pretty leveled! OH and what size tires are you guys running?

Thanks buddy. 883s in front 2" bl. Sitting on 2 year temp shocks in the rear after the old ones blew the mounts. I've got 315/75 while I believe Brian has 285/75, equates to roughly 35s and 33s respectively. My full mod list is in my sig

OME90004 with 881's in the front and LC 7 wrap coils with Rancho RS5000 series LC shocks in the back...flex is good, ride is good...

7 wraps. the front coils are only at 2 inches of lift which is why there is such a massive rake:thumb3:

Katy is my wifes best friend and the owner there, if you dont specify she will send you 7 wrap coils.

mine has 7 wrap also but Im gonna go to 8 real soon here.

and if you are gonna go offroading, i think the LC coils will give you tons more flex than the OME coils for sure..

Agreed, but it's not always best to flex so easy. It will let the truck roll over onto it's side easier on steep sideways angles, the COG will be higher, and you'll have noticeably more body roll around corners on-road - partly because they sit higher and partly because you get the "slinky effect" around corners. I can still rest on my bump stops with the 891s so it's dfinitely not like they won't flex enough. It depends on what you do with your 4runner, but I'm not jumping out of my chair to change my OMEs out for LCs any time soon.

But, I will say, the LCs ride great, provide .5-1" more lift (if you want it), and on the flatter stuff, the improved flex just feels nice. For me though, the bad doesn't outweigh the good for my particular needs.

check out the pics of the green 4runner! those are 8 wrap coils flexing! and he still has traction on those wheels! its no FlexINC but its pretty darn cool!
