A few days ago I sent quote requests out to a few fab shops for a waterjet cut frame like this. Plan to move my Baja 20" from the roof down to the bumper.

Anyone use thes KC 5th Gen runner brackets to mount a Baja 20? I see people in the reviews using them for Rigids.

I'm not sure they'd fit the Rago brackets without modification, from what I've seen the Ragos position pretty close to the grille mesh, however they can adjust front to back, so it's hard to say for sure. Maybe email them, I know they're pretty active on this forum

Just FYI I have condensation behind the lens of my OPT7 which showed up around a year after I installed it. I got mine on sale for pretty cheap so I'm not bothered but it's something to consider.

I find mine quite useful, mostly because we're usually scouting for camping sites at night and more light always helps. Only use it a few times a year, but for what I paid for my setup (22" OPT7 bar, brackets from [MENTION=133346]BradBrad619[/MENTION], AOB switch, <$200 total) I'm quite happy with it.

That would definitely be useful. at that price it is not bad. But most of the name brand light bars I see cost $4-500 it seems. Maybe a smaller(yet good quality) light bar would be practical and useful enough to justify.

My use would probably be the same. camping/hunting a few times per year.

I have the same setup as [MENTION=92010]MattAK[/MENTION] for almost 2 years but haven’t seen the condensation issues. It’s a good setup for the price. Install write up Linked in my signature.

Linking a post below from when I installed - my light bar is not curved (cali-raised 32") and it barely fits. Can't imagine a curved bar would fit in there with the same brackets.
