Yeah, I just made my own. Spent about 3 hours on the install including fabbing some steel brackets

I lean on a cleaner solution with zero degradation of the light output. Single row 24" to 30" light bars fit amazingly well within the OE grill's pattern. All I did was measure and heated an old knife to red hot to then carefully melt / cut the grill cleanly.
The light bar shown - Extreme 24" dual mode light bar. The brackets are custom and mount to the bumper's top mounting bolts.

SDHQ Offroad Upper Grill + Baja Designs S8 20" Driving Light
I am super happy with both the light output and the compact/clean look of this combo. This was also the final "nudge" for that TRD pro grill. I will be fitting a Warn Zeon 10-S on a Pelfreybilt hidden winch mount and wanted to give myself as much free space on the lower grill as possible. (I've seen it done with a winch and a light on the bottom but the work/lumen ratio is not worth it to me.)
Oh, and wired the right way, the S8 also covers my desire for the popular amber grill lights. Pricey? Meh, it covers a lot of wants for $20 worth of mounting hardware and a $500 light and it's quite simple in design:thumb3:.

2011 I know I saw someone who drilled into their alum. bar to mount & wondering if they could say how its holding up so far ? 2010-13 grill is plenty dif from newer 4r ! :yield: have all the parts just still need to find best spot & that looks pretty stable !
