Posts getting coppied by other users?

I keep seeing posts that are done by members that are then coppied(not quoted just a word for word copy) by members with less than 10 posts. whats the deal, are these bots?

It's a spammer that includes invisible images (invisible to me, at least) after the text. Quote their post or look at the source code for the page and you can see it. They copy just enough text to make it plausible that they are part of the conversation.

Click the red Report Post button under their username every time you see it.
