Power antenna nut stuck....

Can't seem to break the nut free that holds the mast on. I've tried needle nose , a screw driver and hammer, even tried grabbing it with channel locks. Any suggestions?

WD-40 or a penetrating lubricant. let it set for a few minutes.

If that fails, time to bust out the vice grips.

Snap ring pliers.

I'll hit it with some penetrating oil , but the issue isn't really getting a grip on it , it just doesn't turn, or tries to turn the whole assembly.
