Power issues with back hatch

My 2003 limited is having a few issues with the back hatch. My rear wiper isn't working and the key won't roll down the back window, though the window works fine with the button on the dash. Coincidentally or not it happened after I took it to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. They disconnected my battery to clean the terminals. I looked for blown fuses but all look ok. Is there something simple I'm missing? Thanks!

Yes, you need to normalize your auto window/s function, look in your owner's manual under "Power Window Switches"...but basically you need to lower the window halfway using the dash switch, then raise the window all the way up and hold the switch in the up position for a few seconds, that should make everything work as it should again, you should have to do the same with the "auto" driver's window and sunroof if you have one.
