Power Window Buttons Not Lighting Up

Shouldn't all of the buttons be lit when the headlights are on? I've noticed the only button that lights up is the driver side power window button. I cannot say for certain, but I could have sworn I have seen all 4 light up before. Any ideas?

Unlock the windows. The lights go off if u have them locked.

Press your window lock switch. When it is locked, it cuts the power to the other windows (and the lights on the switches) excluding the drivers. I bet if you try to work the other windows they won't work.

As above should work, also note that those lights should go one with the key, not just the headlights. That's also the power source people have tapped in to for adding door handle lighting.
