Light for switches on Front Doors

I have an 08 4R Sport Edition. Just changed the lights on my LCD panel and HVAC knobs/buttons thingy.

But now I noticed that my front drivers side door is poorly lit. Seems like there should be more lighting where the power window button area is.

All I see it AUTO illuminated. Should there be more lighting there?

If so, how easy is it to change, and what do I need, bulbs wise?

Yes, in terms of Toyota should have put some there by design, but they didn't. The lack of lighting in that area is one of the 4th Gen's few shortcomings, but there's a mod that helps.
