It’s been a few weeks, I was traveling on business, but I wanted to throw a shoutout to Maverick over at @PowerTrays.
Macerick’s excellent customer service caught an error that I had made when placing an order. I placed an order for a tray and some wiring, then got froggy and submitted the order later remembering some other wiring I needed. I then placed a second order for the rest. Maverick emailed me later the next day to confirm the orders and to ask what my intentions were for the parts, because something did t look right to him. Turns out I had selected the wrong harness for my application. Maverick made the change on his end and made sure that I received what I needed even though it wasn’t what I ordered.
His excellent customer service prevented frustration on my end even though the error was entirely my fault. The parts arrived and are exactly what I needed. Can’t wait to get everything mounted up. I can’t recommend @PowerTrays highly enough!
