Price for 2015 4x4 Limited

Went and test drove a 4x4 limited yesterday and loved it. Dealer in ATL is offering 45476 out the door. This includes a lifetime powertrain warranty that seems pretty comprehensive. A different dealer is offering 4 years/45k of free maintenance instead of the lifetime warranty.

So, 2 questions I guess. Does the price sound fair and which is a better deal, the warranty or extended service?

Depending on which trim level of premium? 3rd row/heated cooled seats/ sliding cargo tray/GPS etc. But that sounds about fair. The cheapest one I found was a little over 42k and a majority of them were about the 44-45k price. Throw in the warranty and maint. . .you have a steal good sir!:jump:

I've done a ton of research and this site has been extremely helpful as I have never owned a 4x4 before, but love my camry and know how reliable Toyota's are.

We actually just looked at them this weekend with my Mother-in-law(happy mothers day) and dealership had only 2 on the lot, both premiums. The only difference was the 3rd row option. Another dealership about 30 mins away has a few more, but for a limited 4x4 you are looking reasonably at mid 40k. Keeping in mind this is also midwest pricing. . we love our 4x4s up here

I paid 44K before taxes here in southern California a few weeks ago for a 2015 limited 4x4 w/ 3rd row seating and few other options.

This is one that I have in the Gulf States Region.

I would be right at 41,243 + TTL. Since taxes are different in GA, I can't really quote drive out. But based on TX taxes and fees you would be 44,167 drive out.

I had to work pretty hard to get that price, had to walk out the first day and then several emails back and forth. Didn't see the need for an extended warranty and I do my own maintenance so I didn't bite on any extras they were offering. Good luck with your purchase!

The TRD PRO is really lean on features.

It's below a TE with KDSS, premium interior, and sunroof, for example.

It's only claim to fame is a trick appearance package and a Bilstein/TRD suspension package that isn't an aggressive lift.

Nothing to contribute but just wanted to say it's crazy how much prices varies across the U.S. 41k taxes in to 44k before taxes? Crazy!

There's quite a few dealers around ATL, i bought a new 4Runner about 5mos ago here - it's worth going to all of them (or looking at the website) and getting a price from those that have what you want. Then proceed to pit them all against each other - I got $5k off MSRP doing that. I'd let them know exactly what the others are offering for a similar model. If you haven't checked out Autonation around mall of GA take a look as they have a decent inventory, usually. I had a good experience with Cherokee County Toyota even though I didn't buy from them. Competition is a good thing around here for buyers, and who knows you could try and get the warranty AND service...

Good luck searching and the price already sounds pretty good, it's worth a little extra time seeing if it's the best deal around here!

Love my 4Runners, but......

I gotta tell you, I'm so disgusted with Toyota right now for changing everything they did in the ride and interior(knobs, etc) why did they go so rugged? I've had 2 4Runners in 27yrs!!!! Loved them!!! 1987 and 1997 SR5's. I totally expected to walk in the door and drive out with another one and could not believe the rough ride and knobby dashboard controls! I hated it for the $$$$ and searched, searched, searched for a vehicle with a better ride. I've settled for a KIA Sorento which drives like its on air, but soooooo miss my 4Runner! I still have my '97(which I am selling). I drive it more than the KIA right now, but don't need 2 vehicles. I don't know if I'll get used to the Sorento, but I'm so pissed at Toyota for turning the 4Runner into a Tacoma/Tundra with a cap, that I had to try something else. If I wanted a truck, I'd BUY a truck! If anyone is interested in my '97, let me know. I also may be putting the original tires/rims back on it before I sell and sell the tires/rims in the pic separately.....
