Available XREAS a hydraulic based system That transfer fluid from one shock to another to help maintain a level ride, expensive to repair some say prone to leakage and you throw it all away when you lift it.
 
There is nothing wrong with owning a 4th gen vs 3rd gen. If your budget will allow it and you want a more "cushy" vehicle then it is the way to go. Especially if you will never take it off road. I happen to like the truck feel of the 3rd gen better. You should look at the 4th gen page too though before making any decisions.
