Thank you. I have read that one a few times. Looks pretty easy. Hopefully I'm back tomorrow with pictures after I am finished with the bumper and winch combo.

It is mounted to Tabs Proline Welded in place for me to that Winch Cover Plate. I wish I would have taken a picture of it from underneath. That cover piece is a PITA to take off and on or I would grab one.
It was a direct and perfect fit - made specifically for that 22" light bar..

smart idea haha, i'm trying to figure out what to do, since i didn't think to request tabs welded on.
Planning for either PIAA fog pattern bar, or a PIAA driving pattern bar.
The Piaa Ion Yellow bar.. is one of the only bars with real yellow leds behind a yellow lens.

Sure - this is what I did. You can see the parts match up and the tnew top piece gains extra support by resting on the winch cover plate.

Looks the same to me as my setup... difference between yours and mine is I'm not using the TRD grill. I'm using the stock one. And I have a 1" Body lift which means Ill have more gap.

What do you mean drilled properly? That new center support fits either way. I prefer this way cause it gave me a little more support to my headlights and the center feels more solid.
Yours and mine are definitely opposite of each other. I might be wrong but I do not think the TRD Vs SR5 grille matters in the mounting. Really not sure how a body lift affects this though.
Either way - I can't imagine running this bumper without this piece. That whole center section must have barely been hanging on the truck - lol

got some bits of rust
some bubbling powdercoat, and pieces of powdercoat falling off places i've never touched.
all this in less then a year. and only 1 winter. Had a linex bumper on another car that lasted.. 4 years with just a bit of rust.
Whats a good thing to touch up a edge? The whole edge on the bottom most part of my bumper.. is rusted and powder coat is mostly off that edge. Thanks!

I need to bump this because I'd like to see how it looks on the 2010-2013. Not a lot of options for us out there and it would be nice to have an alternative to the ARB style bumpers.
Would you mind sharing how you mounted the winch? I purchased mine used and had no instructions.
