Probable cause for non functioning fogs

Since their both out, would it still likely be the bulbs? sounds funky to me

Fuse, relay or possibly the switch? Did they both go out at the same time?

Quite frequently people don't realize one is burnt until the second one goes out. We had a long thread where the OP ended up apologizing just a few months ago. I'd put both the bulbs directly to a battery and see if any light up before I'd assume one was good and start tearing up my electrical system.

I know I won't try to help until you have two known good bulbs to play with.

My fogs went out the other day when i swapped a 100w bulb into one. (I have seen multiple people running these with no problem).

When i turn the fog switch i can hear the relay clicking, ive also replaced the relay to no avail.

Switch, Relay, and bulbs are fine... what did i break?

That's probably the FOG fuse. The coil side of the relay (that does the clicking) runs off a different fuse.
