Pulled over for tint

They can pull you over in CA regardless of which state you are from. Whether or not the cop will do so, is up to them.

It's not a secondary offense, they can pull you over for it if they choose.

Josh is correct...cops here in CA will or will not pull you over & will or will not give you a ticket...it's all up to them.

Gilbert got pulled over just for the tint...nothing else. Gil was pissed!! In his head, he's thinking why did the cop pull him over for? Just go down (2) blocks to Tenderloin...for sure he'll find crime there.
