Pulled the trigger

IM BACK! Some things shouldnt change, traded the '10 trail in for a 15 Ford Lariat, all options. Hated it, horrible build quality. Lots of short cuts.

Anyway, the new ride is a Silver 15 Trail w/ KDSS. First impressions, the ride. Wow, way better than the 10 without KDSS, and im glad they tightened up the steering. A bit annoyed they deleted the 3D guages and garage controls, but ill get over it. Doesn't have the sliding tray in the back, but it just made cleaning back there more difficult (so to speak..).

Since you all know what they look like ill refrain from posting pics until after the mods come.

Congrats. Semi-comforting to hear about the F150, I traded my '05 in on my 4Runner, and had thought about getting one of the new aluminum F150's. From the small amount I've read, lots are having problems with the ecoboost engines. Enjoy it!

Congrats!!
Just sold my 06 mustang and bought an 13 runner. The mustang had a hard time clearing speed bumps!

LOL. I bought a 2016 F150 with the 3.5 Ecoboost new. Best, most dependable vehicle I've ever owned - and I'm old so I've owned a lot of rigs. Never had to do anything but rotate the tires and change fluids and filters. Loved the engine - like driving a diesel (lots of low end torque) but without the diesel problems. The way it would go up over a 10000 foot pass without having to shift down made me smile. But my needs changed - I need to tow all the time now and there's nothing like a Cummins under the hood for heavy towing - so I sold the F150 a few months ago and drive a Ram/Cummins now.

If my 4R had the torque that 3.5 Ecoboost put out it would be the perfect vehicle.
