These might be the punks, One of the mug shots looks similar. They are from Sac. like you thought but got busted in Santa

My GF had her Cat stolen(cut out) from her 97 Limited in broad daylight while she was in the doctors office in Dallas just a couple of months ago. Police report was useless and they said they aren't the FBI to go trying to see if there was a video. Too busy giving parking tickets.

We bought a new one and a Cat "test pipe"with clamps so it doesn't happen again. I'll clamp the cat on just for inspection and run the test pipe the rest of the year. The 3rd Gens and older tacos are being targeted.

In Dallas, TX they were hitting car dealerships! They hit almost every truck and SUV in the dealership in one night. The cops are pretty sure there was a team of guys, as there were over 30 cats stolen!
