QQ on rear diff fluid change on my LE

Hi guys,

I've searched, but I'm not finding 5th gen Limited hits on my query.

I've changed my diff fluids before on my Tacoma and 4Runner TE but they both had rear lockers. I'm going to be doing the same on the wife's 2014 LE soon and I'm not sure if I need to add an LSD additive to the rear diff or not.

Any chance someone shoot me the answer?

I pinged my dealer this morning asking the same question and his answer.... Don't change the fluids yourself. Only change them at 100K mile mark the service center. Well I know that's not going to happen....

No LSD additive. You can pretty much run dog piss in them and they will do fine.

The only thing your truck has is a brake activated electronic traction control system.
