Question before buying suspension

I want to buy the Tunda Bilstein 5100's for front and back to lift my runner. Along with Toytec Coils, also front and back for the 4runner. Are these compatable with one another or do I need to buy the extended travel 5100's for the 4runner? I have found a ton of clear answers for the front, but the rear always seems to come with so much more uncertainty.

This are the links for what I will be purchasing

Toytech/ Eibach coils

Front Adjustable Bilstein 5100's for Toyota Tundra (I am pretty sure these are correct, if anyone can verify part numbers)

Rear Toyota Tundra Bilstein 5100s (These are what I am mostly unsure about. Will these work?)

I know I need new top plates for the front shocks to mount to my 4runner, does anyone know where to find those? I also need to get a diff drop. Am I missing anything that is detrimental to this being done properly?

Lastly, can anyone verify the amount of lift given by this setup? I am looking to get about 3- 3.5 inches out of it.
