Question for Colorado owners

Going to be getting my 4Runner here shortly and I wanted to know how the 4Runner holds up in our hailstorms?

No better than most cars. The big storm last fall caused $8500 in damage to my truck. Would have been more if not for steel roof rack.

Guess this means you need a Gobi rack!

Mine got some hail smaller than marble sized the other day. No dents on the hood (gobi to protect the roof).
