Question on soon to install ICON stuff...

What happens if I just install UCA's, coilovers, rear springs and shocks all from ICON? And skip the rear trailing arms for now? Besides strength will it affect my alignment of the rear axle?

No, it will not. The Icon rear trailing arms are stronger (read: won't bend as easy when you hit them on rocks) and may provide a smidge extra droop travel, but are not necessary for alignment at all, and the performance benefit outside of strength is negligible.

I only asked this because of the adjustment the arms come with...therefore I wonder what those adjustments are for.
