Question regarding aftermarket Navigation

I hope somebody can give me an answer to my question. I've already looked through several threads here, but they don't answer what I want to know.

I have a stock 2009 4Runner Sport Edition 4.0 V6, equipped with JBL Synthesis and the original 6-disc CD changer radio that came with the truck (Toyota P1803, has no RDS). I've researched all the parts needed to install a Kenwood 2DIN Navigation, but I have a problem finding the correct dash-kit for my truck.

Which of these would fit, or should I take a look at another kit?
  • Metra 95-8210
  • Metra 95-8202
  • Scosche Kit 2006-up
I've already found out by reading in this forum that there are different dash styles with little differences, but the longer I read about that the more I think that Toyota built a different dashboard for everyone

For the electrical stuff, which electrical adapters are better, the ones from Metra or the ones from PAC?
  • Metra: TYTO-01, ASWC-1, 70-8114*
  • PAC: TATO, SWI-RC

* Can this be plugged into a Kenwood AV-IN 1/8" connector to retain the AUX-IN jack?
