It is exactly what you said... A retractable cover that covers your cargo area so noone can see what you've got back there. It hooks on both sides of the rear cargo door and clips to the back of the 2nd row headrests.

Some manufacturers call it a security screen others call it a tonneau cover. I always think of tonneau covers being on pickup trucks.
