1. Order trans shift knob 33504-35093-B0
2. Order t-case shift knob 36303-35200-B0
3. Unscrew the factory knobs, reinstall the 2 new ones.

Nope, screwed down tight with room to spare.

interesting. What are those knobs supposed to fit? I will admit, I am not a huge fan of the TRD shifter I have... the 4wd knob seems more like what I have now

They're for an FJ Cruiser.

If you want to keep the silver trim like the factory t-case knob, you can order just the trans shift knob 33504-35103-B0 instead.
