That's a good deal, I paid slightly more here in NC for a 04 V8 with 135k miles or so and same situation with timing belt. Great vehicle!

I'd buy it, there are just tons of V6s for sale here, so I'm still waiting on a good deal for a V8.

That's a pretty good deal, especially if you can get it for under $9k. I got my 05 Limited V8 4x4 with 130k for $12,000.
