Quick Question for Shrockworks Bumper Owners

I am thinking about putting a Shrockworks Bumper on the new T4R I just got. I was wondering can you see the top of the bumper/brushguard while driving? I have a brushguard on my 3rd generation and I can see it when driving and I really like the look of it sticking over the hood. I would get the bumper that goes around the headlights. Any info you have would be great - thanks

No you cannot at normal sitting height. If i put my head up to the ceiling I can see the top of one of the headlight hoops, but that's it. It does not block your view at all.

I can just see the top corner of the driver's side headlight hoop on my ARB and it isn't distracting at all after the first couple of days. One cool thing is that when you're driving down a bumpy road you can see the hood and the hoop move differently. That's when you know for sure it's body on frame.

I meant more distracted along the lines of "Hell yeah, check out this totally sweet bumper I have bolted to my truck. Move out of the way peons and shopping carts for I am coming through."

At least... That's how my 23 year old brain works most of the time.

Intruder - thanks for posting - BTW I love your build.

I got used to seeing the guard on my previous 4runner so I was hoping to have the same experience with the new one, we'll see how it goes
