Quick question on headlight swap (red and black wire)

Xenon hid angel eyes going on 07 runner

Where do the red and black wires (in my hand) go? I've got everything else figured out. The open ends on the other part I believe are for the relay harness which I don't need so I'm just leaving them hanging.

Pretty sure those are the actual halo ring wires, and obviously the red goes to power and the black goes to ground but I can't find where to solder them too

Update: splice wired them to the parking bulbs and everything works but he HID's...

are u getting the low beams power directly at the plug? check fuses, or use a relay harness.

The plugs coming from the bulbs were bad apparently. Had a mechanic check it. Called protuninglab and they're sending me new bulbs free of charge.
