Quick rim question

Can someone please tell me if a15 x 8 rim with a -27mm Offset, 3 7/16" Backspace will fit on a 2nd gen 4runner? no one I talk to at tire shops has been able to give me a straight answer.

I don't see why not. They will likely stick out further than stock.
