Quiet A/T tire?

What up all. I recently aquired some Nitto Terra Grapplers. These things are ridiculously loud! Heck Ive even had some mud tires that were quieter than these. Does anyone have any recommendations for a A/T tire that is somewhat quiet??

My KO2's are pretty quiet. Also check out Nitto Ridge Grapplers. I always hear good things about them and people mention that they run pretty quiet too. Also, some AT's start off pretty quiet, then get a fair amount louder, *(see Good Year Dura Tracs)*.

Now... Understand, that "Quiet" is a subjective thing. But, I think that you are not alone in thinking that the Nitto Terra Grapplers are a "Loud" tire.

**Edit: Sorry. I believe that the "Trail Grapples" are the known loud tire and not the Terra Grapplers. End edit**

I had Toyo ATs, seemed to be pretty quiet, I've been running Duratracs on my last Runners including this one, they seem pretty quiet. But quiet is in the ear of the.....listener(??)

I had a set of used Firestone Destination AT's and they were quiet.. but not as quiet as a set of 255/75 Jeep Wrangler takeoffs.

I switched OEM to Bridgestone Revo 3 and they're a great highway tire. Slightly louder hum on the highway with windows down than OEM but very tolerable for me, and very quiet around town. They do great in the rain, and have much less sidewall flex than the Dunlop so they inspire more driving confidence. They're good off road but I don't have much to compare to, and I'm 95%+ on road and off roading is probably mild compared to most others here. Probably not as effective off road as KO2 or your Nittos.

Just put 2,500 miles on some Hankook RF10s from the desert to the forest and finally ending at the beach. I could not recommend a better set of true AT tires.
